Always an active person, Bridget was initially attracted to the asana (physical poses) part of yoga, but with regular practice was able to feel the mental and emotional benefits of furthering the mind-body connection. She achieved her 200hr certification with Evolution Yoga STL at Blue Sky Yoga in March 2019.
Bridget’s goal in any class is to make it accessible to all— no flexibility, strength, or stamina required— if you can breathe, you can yoga! She teaches to the middle, and tries to offer many modifications for poses, inviting you to explore your edge without crossing it. Since no two people are the same, no two practices will look or be the same, Bridget wants to give each person the chance to find their individual practice. In Bridget’s job as a Health Coach, she works with people every day to figure out how to achieve their personal health goals- come talk to her about your goals and how we can incorporate those into your practice! |
